- 4 Apples medium size
- ½ Lemon
- ½ Ginger
- 1 cup Water or you can add any fruit juice according to your taste and preference
- Pinch of salt
- Mint leaves
Wash the apples properly.
It is up to you if you want to keep the skin on for juicing or remove it. But the skin has natural content which is highly beneficial for health. Then rub them with salt and wash properly under clean water.
Now, cut the apples in slices or circle shape according to your blender size and remove the seeds.
Add the apples with 1 cup of water and other ingredients in the blender or juicer. Then run the machine. Run the machine till it is properly blended.
Pour the juice into a strainer.
Now serve it immediately before it loses the nutrition levels.
