- 1 tbsp Ginger fresh
- 1.5 Or 2 cups Water filtered
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ Lemon
- Half Or 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Echinacea Essence
- Mint Leaves
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Peel the ginger with a peeler or with the knife.
Mesh the ginger with a zester. Cut it thin and utilize more.
Saturate the ginger; if you are adding cinnamon, mint, chamomile or any other ingredient, include it here.
If you are using a saucepan, heat the water to the point of boiling, include ginger and turn off the stock. Put the cover on it and let it soak for 10 minutes.
