- 4-5 Large Carrots depends on which blender or juicer you are using
- 1.5 or 2 Cup Water
- ½ Lemon
- ½ Ginger Root
- Black Pepper according to your taste
Cut the carrots into manageable pieces according to your blender or juicer.
Crush the carrots in the blender.
Add ginger into it for the taste.
Add water into it. The more water you add, it will get more diluted.
